Knockadoon
The lookout post, designated as number 21, is situated on a headland that forms the border between Youghal Bay and Ballyconnton. The structure has recently undergone a programme of restoration and is now situated along the recently constructed Knockadoon Cliff walk. The site contains a Napoleonic watchtower, situated in close proximity to the lookout post.
In close proximity, the Eire sign has also been restored during the renovation process.
