Kerry Head
The lookout post No. 42 was located on the headland near Tiduff Glenderry. The building was located in a field close to a stone wall. Today, nothing remains of the lookout except some concrete fragments that were built into the stone wall. Part of the roof structure has been incorporated into a staircase to a residential building. Thanks to the information provided by a local farmer, the exact location of the building and the EIRE sign can be identified. The Eire sign was located in the field close behind the lookout post.
