LOP 17 Brownstone Head

Brownstown Head The Lookout post No. 17 is located between two Napoleonic signal towers near Brownstone in County Waterford. The headland got its name from the brown cliffs. Some names are carved into the concrete wall of the post. These are probably the names of the coast guards who watched over the coast during the emergency.
A mixed pattern was projected on the building  in the twilight. The colours of this self-created pattern reflected the colour moods of the brown cliffs and the dark blue of the evening sky.
