Kilcummin Head Lookout post No. 65 is embedded in a wall located directly on a field path close to Kilcummin. From here, the coast watchers reported all activity in the area in their logbooks. The reports are now publicly available on the Irish Defence Forces website militaryarchives.ie.
The idea behind the light projection was to give the impression that the building was being used as a billboard. Therefore, album covers from the 1980s were incorporated into the design as weathered posters.
