Rosskeeragh To observe the northern part of Sligo Bay, observation post No. 68 was built on a hill close to Ballineden. Today, the post has collapsed and the individual blocks are located on the ground like a concrete skeleton. From here, the coast watchers reported all military activities in this area in logbooks. The reports are now publicly available on the Irish Defence Forces website militaryarchives.ie.
